PROPOSED BUILDING HEIGHTS AND MASSING

Our proposals have been developed to accord with the framework heights (approved by Lewisham Council last year) and contribute to an attractive new townscape for Catford. Our development principles for this site are also GLA London Plan aligned.

The emerging skyline will be the first part of a wider Lewisham and GLA led vision for Catford.
