Lowick
Lowick are coordinating communication and consultation activities for the development of the Catford Island site on behalf of Barratt. They are a communications consultancy with a specialist local engagement practice. Lowick will use information from this Commonplace to help shape plans for the site. This information may be included in a future Statement of Community Involvement, submitted alongside a planning application
Barratt London
Barratt’s East London team will be leading on this project. Using their experience across Lewisham, Barratt hope to be able to invest to strengthen this part of Catford. The East London division are currently responsible for delivering some of the region’s largest and most complex residential-led mixed-use schemes and will be looking to have as much input from the community as possible to shape these proposals.
Avison Young
Avison Young are the planning consultants on this project. They have significant experience working on large scale residential-led and mixed-use projects in the London Borough of Lewisham and throughout London more widely. Avison Young has a track record of successfully delivering large- scale regeneration schemes on a variety of complex, urban sites.
Makower Architects
Makower Architects are an Architecture and Urban Design practice that have completed many prominent projects in the fields of housing design, urbanism and heritage-led, mixed-use masterplans. They place great importance on dialogue with communities and on creating designs that respond to specific place characteristics.
Studio Egret West
Studio Egret West are the architects who led the Catford Town Centre Framework. They design and deliver places with strong characters and identities, places that support sustainable communities, amplify nature, prioritise the public realm, and evolve over time.
